The products we are growing for many years now are Schlumbergera, Rhipsalidopsis and Chamaecyparis Ellwoodii.
At the moment we produce approximately 5 million plants:
1.5 million Rhipsalidopsis,
2.5 million Schlumbergera and
1.1 million Chamaecyparis lawsoniana Ellwoodii, also known as our Mini X-mas.
We also sell Schlumbergera and Rhipsalidopsis young plants and cuttings to other growers.
Our Ellwoodii is mainly sold as decorated mini Christmas tree, which we have named “Mini X-mas”. The Mini X-mas goes with ornamental pots, decorated with snow, glitter and fancy ornaments.
Rhipsalidopsis flowers in Spring and is known by the names: Easter Cactus, Spring Cactus, Star Cactus, Zygocactus, Schlumbergera, Epiphyllum and in the USA as Sunrise Cactus. The flowers are star shaped and will close during sunset to open again at sunrise. Rhipsalidopsis is available in the colours red, purple, pink, orange and white. There are also species with special flower-shapes and sizes and also bi-colour is in its genes. Collectors can find some of these special varieties at special collectors clubs.

During Summer the plants can be placed in the garden or on the balcony at a shadowy spot, but bring indoors after the Summer as they are not Winter hardy. Chamaecyparis lawsoniana Ellwoodii is a Winter hardy conifer which we have grown since 1984. At first they were only used as garden plants but today many also find their way into our homes in mixed baskets and plant arrangements. Ellwoodii will last for many months as a houseplant if regularly watered. A large percentage of our Ellwoodii production is used for Mini X-mas.
Ellwoodii is an extremely strong plant which will give you much pleasure. It likes a light sunny spot. Water every other day and fertiliser once a week. Plant Ellwoodii outside in your garden or on your balcony after the Winter. After being in the garden for one Summer it can easily survive the winter frost. Provide the plant with enough space as over the years it will eventually grow to sizes over 2 meter wide and 4 meter high.

The 35-40 cm high conifers are decorated with a range of items. The basic item is the artificial snowed tree, where the artificial snow is made from environmental friendly paper pulp. There are more decorative lines witch include glitter, ornaments and decorative pots.
